Responsibilities

Lead corrective action by using a variety of analytical and statistical tools

Develop, implement, monitor and control QA system to assure product quality based on customer and product specifications

Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality problems

Develop, motivate and train qualified personnel to QA standards

Solve internal and external quality problems

Provide customer complaint summary and trends to all personnel

Improve QA system procedures and instructions

Train personnel in QA procedures and instructions

Monitor cost of quality, reduce waste and non-value-added activity

Layout and use of measuring tools

Audit our QA system

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

QS/ISO 9000 auditor trained

SPC, DOE, TOPS, APQP, PPAP, QFD
