Qualification

Required

Experience with CNC programming (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)

Knowledge of welding and fabrication processes

Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification

Experience with prototype development and low-volume production

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on quality enhancement

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineer or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with quick decision-making skills

Excellent communication skills for interacting with shop floor personnel, customers, and management

Preferred

Experience with Epicor and other engineering tools is a plus
