They are seeking a Customer Service / Oil and Gas Records Custodian to perform various duties related to processing and managing records associated with the RRC, including imaging projects and assisting the public with inquiries.

Responsibilities
Preserves historical information by preparing documents for imaging
Performs key entry work using an internet-based application
Conducts quality assurance work on imaged documents
Assist Commission staff and the general public with inquiries received in person, by phone, mail, and/or via the internet pertaining to information contained in the RRC digital data system, microfilm, and microfiche
Assist the public at the agency receptionist desk as needed
Assist the public at the Research counter as needed
Performs additional tasks, as assigned, to maintain workflow
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Knowledge of professional office and administrative practices and procedures
Preferred
General knowledge of Oil and Gas Division functions
Detailed familiarity with the required forms and filing procedures
Experience in the operation of various types of micrographics equipment
Past participation in complex document imaging projects
Experience conducting quality assurance tasks
Experience in filing, sorting, alphabetizing, organizing, and distributing documents and retrieving files
