Marketing Operations Coordinator
Quimby Digital is a remote, women-led social media agency focused on creating innovative digital experiences for premium brands. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will ensure that approved social content is published accurately and on time, while monitoring community engagement and maintaining quality assurance throughout the publishing process.

Responsibilities
Schedule approved content using tools like Later
Manually publish when tools fail (Reels, TikToks, IG stories, bugs, API issues — it happens)
Ensure captions, tags, links, and assets are correct every time
Monitor comments and DMs for assigned clients
Queue items for strategist review when needed
Publish approved responses within timing expectations
Run pre- and post-publish checks
Confirm formatting, links, tags, and visibility
Fix or escalate issues quickly and cleanly
Track recurring issues or platform quirks
Log errors so systems can improve
Work fully inside ClickUp using defined SOPs
Follow checklists closely (and enjoy doing so)
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in social media ops, marketing support, or digital coordination
Strong attention to detail
Clear follow-through and accountability
Comfort with repeatable processes
Preferred
Experience with Later or similar scheduling tools
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn quirks
Agency or multi-client exposure
An ops-first mindset (you like clean systems)
