Responsibilities
Develops and manages comprehensive updates and maintenance of the QMS
Oversees the Enterprise Risk Management System (ERM), the Emergency Response Plan (ERP), and the Safety Management System (SMS)
Ensures that all process documentation and manuals are up-to-date and compliant with the latest regulatory standards 14 CFR Part 43, Part 145, Part-21 (PMA), and EASA Part-21
Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the QMS and makes necessary improvements
Interfaces to Stans Quality Management System including alignment with the global quality team
Conducts internal audits and manages associate follow-up actions
Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the ERM and SMS and makes necessary improvements
Leads improvements and safety issue corrective actions during their implementation
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Aviation Safety or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
Training in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience with ERP/MRP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
