Strategic Account Executive

Responsibilities
Participate in the overall Enterprise sales efforts for Ingenico hardware & software payments
Develop solutions in a manner that contributes to Ingenico meeting its global and regional sales revenue goals
Represent Ingenico to develop new relationships with enterprise partners and assigned strategic accounts
Manage customer and enterprise partner relationships, present Ingenico solutions to the customer, close the sales and ensure the solutions are delivered and supported in a manner satisfactory to the customer’s expectations
Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reports
Provide necessary training to staff, customers, and partners as appropriate
Analyze partner requirements and recommend best practices & solutions
Participate in sales meetings and industry related events
Work with stakeholders to develop sales training and any materials and information necessary to effectively sell new products to prospective and existing customers
Comfortable working in a matrixed environment, able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, and understanding diverse perspectives to deliver optimized solutions, specifically Marketing, Professional Services and Pre-sales
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Sales experience and a proven record of closing deals and building relationships with partners and customers year over year
Understanding of the Banking and Acquiring industry
Extensive industry contacts
Willingness to travel extensively
Ability to work and communicate effectively internally within all levels of Ingenico and customers
Participation in overall Enterprise sales efforts for Ingenico hardware & software payments
Development of solutions that contribute to Ingenico meeting its global and regional sales revenue goals
Management of customer and enterprise partner relationships
Presentation of Ingenico solutions to the customer
Closing sales and ensuring solutions are delivered and supported satisfactorily
Provision of accurate and timely forecasts and reports
Provision of necessary training to staff, customers, and partners as appropriate
Analysis of partner requirements and recommendation of best practices & solutions
Participation in sales meetings and industry-related events
Comfortable working in a matrixed environment
Effective communication with multiple stakeholders
Ability to understand diverse perspectives to deliver optimized solutions
Achievement or exceeding of annual sales quota
Setting strategy and building/executing a sales business plan for territory success
Evaluation of Enterprise partners and building individual plans for maximum growth
Accurate forecasting and oversight of forecasting for their specific region
Strong analytical skills with the ability to ask the right questions and interpret customer requirements
Effective presentation skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Minimum 5 years outside sales experience
Demonstrable experience selling in a technology, services, and solutions environment
Hardware experience with POS peripherals, PCs, Servers and common POS retail workstations, and Backoffice solutions
50% travel expected for this position
