Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Work Comp experience
1+ years of customer service and claims experience
Experience with analyzing claims and making sound decisions
Knowledgable of insurance claims process, medical terminology, and mathematical principles
Knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
Ability to operate office equipment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Knowledge of general office practices
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred
Insurance-related courses are a plus!
