They are seeking a Vice President of Programs and Strategy Development to provide leadership to LSI programs, oversee service delivery, and drive strategic plan implementation.

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct the development and delivery of all LSI programs and services to ensure achievement of outcomes and performance goals within budgeted guidelines

Provide oversight to the service quality program to ensure COA accreditation

Directly supervise all Service Directors and the Director of Service Quality

Initiate, facilitate, and drive LSI's ongoing strategic plan implementation and execution

Orchestrates change in policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate policy decisions

Serves as a member of the senior leadership team with specific responsibilities for providing leadership and operational management to service

Required

Bachelor's degree in health or human service-related field

Minimum of 10 years of successful human service program experience

Five years of supervisory experience

Valid driver's license

Auto insurance

Good driving record

Ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check

Preferred

Master's degree in social work, public administration or related human service field

At least two years' experience in a senior leadership position
