Responsibilities

Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain Planning and related modules (ASCP, MRP, INV, BOM, WIP, PO)

Analyze business requirements, design, develop, and implement system enhancements or customizations

Perform configurations, setups, and integration with other EBS modules

Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Develop and maintain technical components including PL/SQL packages, interfaces, reports, and forms

Support end-to-end planning cycles — demand, supply, and production planning

Troubleshoot issues in planning engine runs, collections, workflows, and concurrent programs

Participate in patch testing, upgrades, and performance tuning for planning-related processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure system alignment with business processes

Document configurations, solutions, and technical designs following best practices

PL/SQL

5–12 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 or later)

Strong functional understanding of Supply Chain Planning, ASCP, MRP, INV, BOM, WIP, PO modules

Hands-on technical expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow Builder, and Interfaces

Proven experience with data conversions, extensions, and integrations with legacy or third-party systems

Experience with system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and interact with business stakeholders effectively
