GTM Payroll & HR is seeking a dedicated Payroll Tax Support Specialist to provide top-tier tax services to private household and local business clients. The role involves delivering exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and resolving tax inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service by actively listening and resolving client inquiries promptly
Stay updated on evolving payroll tax and HR laws, participating in ongoing training programs to ensure expertise
Uphold high client satisfaction levels, ensuring a positive experience throughout interactions
Address and resolve tax notices from IRS and State agencies efficiently and accurately
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and process improvements
Qualification
Required
1-3 years in customer service
Associate's degree in business or related field
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems
