Patient Relations Specialist Events & Growth
Rancho Health is a healthcare organization focused on patient growth and community engagement. The Patient Relations Specialist – Events & Growth supports these initiatives through proactive outreach and the planning and execution of community-based events.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and support in-person and community-based events across clinics and patient populations, including education seminars, enrollment events, open houses, health fairs, and provider meet-and-greets
Coordinate event logistics such as registration tracking, materials, signage, room setup, and on-site support
Serve as an on-site brand ambassador, welcoming attendees, explaining services, and guiding next steps
Support public-facing event activities, including greeting attendees, introducing presenters, and facilitating basic group interactions
Conduct post-event follow-up, including outreach, appointment scheduling, insurance assistance, and CRM documentation
Provide feedback and insights to improve event engagement and effectiveness
Conduct outbound outreach to prospective and existing patients in support of events and growth initiatives
Assist patients with basic insurance navigation and PCP selection in coordination with internal teams
Address routine patient concerns and escalate more complex issues as appropriate
Maintain accurate CRM workflows, lead tracking, and documentation related to events and outreach
Support reporting related to event performance, patient engagement, and lead conversion
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on patient growth initiatives
Partner with marketing, operations, clinic leadership, and care teams to support outreach and event strategy
Represent Rancho Health professionally at all events and community engagements
Support occasional evening or weekend events as business needs require
Serve as a primary point of contact for senior center instructors, vendors, and partners
Coordinate scheduling, room setup, activities, and general oversight of senior center operations
Ensure senior center spaces are organized, prepared, and properly maintained
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, patient-facing roles, events, hospitality, or community engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Comfort engaging with groups and in live event environments
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
