Responsibilities

Review, correct, and maintain digital entries across multiple platforms to ensure alignment with compliance requirements
Conduct remote data validation checks to identify inconsistencies or gaps in documentation
Communicate with clinical and administrative teams to clarify missing, unclear, or mismatched information
Manage digital files, forms, and documents in secure remote systems following HIPAA standards
Assist in generating data summaries, reports, and logs used for audits and operational planning
Support remote document processing submitted by internal staff, physicians, and vendors
Report discrepancies and collaborate on resolving data-related issues
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of experience in healthcare data entry, medical office administration, billing, or similar roles
Strong keyboarding accuracy with a minimum of 50 wpm
Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting
Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills and confidentiality awareness
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
Familiarity with EMR systems or medical terminology is helpful
