Staff Product Manager
BayOne Solutions is seeking a Staff Product Manager with extensive experience in product management, particularly within AdTech or MarTech. The role focuses on managing product development related to Ad Measurement and Retail Media Networks, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and hands-on data skills.
Responsibilities
7+ years overall product management experience, including at least 5 years focused on Ad Measurement, attribution, and/or experimentation in AdTech or MarTech
Direct experience in a Retail Media Network (e.g., retailer-owned media, commerce media platform) is required; strong understanding of how brands and agencies use RMNs for full-funnel objectives
Deep familiarity with measurement approaches: Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and multi-touch attribution (MTA)
Incrementality testing, including design of holdout tests and conversion lift studies
Brand lift and sales lift methodologies and how they map to advertiser objectives
Hands-on comfort with data: Working proficiency in SQL for exploration, validation, and partnering with analytics/engineering
Experience with identity resolution/identity graphs, cross-device/user stitching, and first-party data integration
Strong understanding of standard AdTech concepts: pixels, clean rooms, audience building, event taxonomies, conversion tracking, and offline-to-online measurement
Proven ability to define and ship 0–1 products, from discovery and validation through MVP and iterative scaling
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a track record of simplifying technical topics for executive and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, product analytics, sales, and marketing
Experience leading agile product delivery (standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retros) in distributed teams
