We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work with customers to find what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process to help in the achievement of departmental goals.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls for all unsold estimates
Introduce company offerings and identify client needs and challenges
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our state-of-the-art CRM system
Collaborate with field personnel and department managers to optimize appointment-setting strategies
Qualification
Required
Ambitious self-starter- this is a highly compensated sales position
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
