Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to vendors
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies effectively
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and analysis
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve payment processes and procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
