Sales Analyst
Candescent is a leading cloud-based digital banking solutions provider for financial institutions, focused on transforming digital banking through intelligent solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support their sales organization by providing accurate forecasting, reporting, and insights to enable data-driven analysis and operational support for the sales team.

Responsibilities
Prepare and manage weekly sales forecasts
Produce monthly bookings and pipeline reports
Create and maintain standard and ad-hoc sales reports
Support the sales team with data analysis, insights, and reporting needs
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sales systems
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to improve visibility into performance
Assist with process improvements and reporting automation where possible
Qualification
Required
Advanced experience with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data management)
Strong working knowledge of sales tools such as Gong, SalesLoft, Gainsight, or similar platforms
Proven experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or a related role
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, data analysis)
Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience supporting B2B or SaaS sales teams
Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and pipeline management
Experience working with cross-functional teams
