Responsibilities

Administer and support server environments across Azure, AWS, VMware, and Hyper-V

Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines and cloud compute services

Support hybrid integrations between on-prem and cloud platforms

Execute server builds, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management

Monitor performance, availability, and capacity; remediate issues proactively

Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies

Partner with application, security, and network teams on infrastructure needs

Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed

Maintain clear technical documentation and standards

Administer and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, including image management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting user session issues

Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and security baselines

Support Microsoft 365 services such as Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, ensuring availability and security

Implement and maintain conditional access, MFA, and device-based access controls integrated with Intune and Entra ID

Collaborate with security and identity teams to align Citrix, Intune, and M365 configurations with zero-trust and compliance requirements
