Responsibilities

Clean and maintain vacant units for leasing, main office, recreational rooms, models, restrooms and laundry facilities daily

Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment on hand and notify the Maintenance Supervisor of items to order

Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive

Qualification

Housekeeping experienceProperty ManagementHigh school diplomaValid Driver’s License

Required

One year of housekeeping experience in Property Management or a similar position

Valid Driver's License
