Responsibilities

Serve as the bridge between data and strategy—leveraging engagement metrics, feedback, and performance insights to drive proactive service enhancements and business growth
Create dashboards and scorecards to monitor client health, identify retention risks, and uncover expansion opportunities
Work closely with internal partners and Client Engagement Managers to design customer success strategies and refine the client journey across its lifecycle
Help transform our engagement model through storytelling with data, guiding strategic decisions that elevate client experiences and deliver measurable value

Required

This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview
3 or more years of experience in client engagement, account servicing, analytics, or underwriting support within commercial insurance or related industries
Strong understanding of insurance policy structures, client lifecycle management, and commercial lines of business
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
Experience with commercial P&C, workers' compensation, or excess casualty products

Preferred

Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Familiarity with claims analytics, loss run interpretation, or retention modeling
Understanding of customer success frameworks and engagement scoring methodologies
Prior experience in data automation, SQL querying, or CRM reporting integration
Insurance industry certifications such as CPCU, ARM, AINS, or AIS preferred
