Senior Analyst - Virtual & On-Demand Care Model Analytics

Responsibilities

Support virtual care analytics, including provider, patient, and business outcome metrics as well as implementation & expansion reporting

Develop and build key performance indicators in partnership with clinical stakeholders

Build and monitor data processing pipelines, working closely with data engineering and other technical teams to manage the data infrastructure needed to evaluate and scale programs

Build reporting dashboards that deliver on clinical and business stakeholder requirements, including documentation of data elements and metrics

Support ad hoc analytic requests and communicate findings to stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and guidance

Required

3-5 years of relevant experience required

Strong SQL skills are required (Please note, the interview process will include a SQL assessment.)

High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Experience working with EHR, medical billing and coding, claims, and/or other healthcare data is preferred

Experience in clinical care settings and/or virtual care or telehealth/telemedicine technology is desirable

Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Tableau, Looker, and/or Salesforce is desirable

3 years of experience preferred
