Responsibilities

Installing, maintaining, and supporting PC infrastructure (hardware and software)
Analyzing complicated processes to provide IT solutions for high-volume requests
Deploying IT equipment and services to new employees/transfers (~10/week)
Supporting 20+ worksites located throughout North America and China
Assisting with high-volume hardware deployments
General IT asset management (this includes, but is not limited to PC workstations, servers, iPhone devices, wireless scanners, kiosk stations, and more)

Qualification

Windows 10/11O365 suiteMicrosoft Active DirectorySCCM/MECMCloud-based servicesIT certificationsTechnical AdministrationApple iOS servicesIT asset management

Required

2-5 years of recent IT Administration or similar work is desired
Strong Technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, O365 suite, and Apple iOS services
Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and SCCM/MECM
Familiarity with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, and Mobile Device Management)
Associates Degree in related technical field
Ability to wear a suit and tie when working onsite

Preferred

CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar IT certifications are desirable
