Responsibilities
Full accountability on multiple wind, solar, and/or storage projects:
Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Develop and implement project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations
Track project health and take corrective action when necessary
Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders
Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management related field
5-7 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role
Professional licensure in a technical field or ability to obtain PMP certification
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred
Experience in the renewable energy industry
Experience managing complex and/or multi-service projects
Experience with program management
Advanced knowledge of project financial management
Experience with contract negotiation and management
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
