Responsibilities

Architect and deploy Microsoft Teams Calling solutions, including Direct Routing and Operator Connect
Configure voice policies, dial plans, and call queues to meet organizational needs
Work closely with advisors and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure seamless integration with existing telephony systems and troubleshoot issues related to Teams voice services
Create detailed technical documentation and provide training/support for end-users and IT teams
Ensure solutions adhere to organizational security standards and regulatory compliance

Qualification

Microsoft Teams CallingSIPVoIP technologiesPowerShell scriptingMicrosoft Teams administrationCommunicationProblem-solvingInterpersonal skills

Required

Minimum 7 years in the telecommunications industry, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Teams Calling
Strong knowledge of SIP, Clients (Session Border Controllers), PSTN connectivity, and VoIP technologies
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams administration and PowerShell scripting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with advisors and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Preferred

Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer certification (MS-720) or equivalent
Experience with enterprise-scale deployments and hybrid environments
Familiarity with network QoS and monitoring tools
