Quality Assurance and Compliance Coordinator
Archdiocese of San Antonio is dedicated to providing for the needs of the community through selfless service. The Quality Assurance and Compliance Coordinator supports the Quality and Compliance Department by ensuring organizational compliance with standards, conducting audits, and assisting with training coordination and quality improvement activities.

Responsibilities
Conduct audits of client files from Refugee Resettlement Services and other assigned locations
Assist with Peer Review Case File processes and maintain accurate audit documentation
Support data entry, reporting, and tracking, user access through the Charity Tracker database and other systems
Provide documentation and administrative support for CARF accreditation and other compliance reviews
Assist with Compliance checks, ensuring safety and regulatory standards are met
Support and coordinate annual safety trainings, including Fire Marshal sessions, Weather Drills, and emergency preparedness updates
Organize and set up meeting spaces, prepare materials, and send invitations for PQI (Performance & Quality Improvement) meetings and staff sessions
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and electronic forms to track data and performance metrics
Demonstrate knowledge of program manuals, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to support consistent compliance across departments
Responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any information or material obtained in the service with the organization to include but not limited to client names and information, services rendered to clients, donors names and gifts, internal and external investigations or results of any investigations, and financial information
Adherence to the Code of Conduct and the Faith and Moral is mandatory

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Reliable transportation
Valid driver license
Must be at least 21 years of age and have a clean driving record
Valid vehicle insurance
Exemplify strong knowledge of industry protocols and best practices
Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team
Must have good written and verbal skills
Must have good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Reporting and presentation skills
Must be flexible and able to switch tasks quickly
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Time management skills
Knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft office
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Strong organizational, coordinating, follow up and follow through skills
Preferred
associate degree or bachelor's Degree preferred
One (1) year experience in social services preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
