Responsibilities
Own and support enterprise new business intake and risk applications
Configure and enhance intake forms, workflow, and routing logic
Partner closely with legal and compliance stakeholders in a consultative capacity
Support conflicts-related processes and information barriers
Assist with an on-prem to cloud (Azure) transition alongside infrastructure teams
Oversee upgrades, enhancements, and application stability
Qualification
Required
7+ years of applications or IT experience
Strong experience with enterprise intake platforms (intake forms + workflows required)
Experience supporting conflicts, risk, or compliance processes
Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills
Preferred
Background in a legal or professional services environment preferred
Exposure to cloud/SaaS environments (Azure a plus)
