Responsibilities
Process and reconcile client invoices and payments
Maintain client accounts
Contact delinquent client accounts to request payment
Resolve client invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
Drive process and systems improvements across the function
Other duties and projects as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of accounting/accounts receivable experience
Experience in SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba
Solid understanding of accounting principles and concepts
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel
Great work ethic and attitude
Must be organized and detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Ability to work under pressure
Preferred
Associate's Degree
Completed Courses in Accounting
