Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between USCAN PoC and HH KOLs, the Value Delivery team, and the Global Product organization
Build and maintain a comprehensive KOL database, including areas of interest (e.g., product development, research), specialty, national influence, and regional impact across assigned U.S. regions
Partner with Account Executives, Enterprise Solutions Leaders, and PoC Segment Leaders to develop and execute KOL engagement strategies
Support PoC Segment Leaders in break‑in strategies for targeted accounts and provide additional support for emerging opportunities
Lead clinical support for all evaluations involving KOL participation across the U.S
Attend major national tradeshows and coordinate opportunities for KOLs to engage with the Global team
Provide clinical support for all competitive side‑by‑side evaluations across the U.S
Develop competitive intelligence materials, including key messaging, feature comparisons, and competitor strategies—organized by competitor and by care area
Partner with the Global PoC team to align on competitive insights and leverage global expertise to educate both USCAN and Global stakeholders

Required

Minimum of 3 years of GE HealthCare or Competitive Point of Care clinical experience
Ability to lead high‑level clinical discussions with physicians across the PoC and HH continuum and clearly articulate GEHC's value propositions
Willingness and ability to travel 60–80% to support on‑site clinical needs, academic accounts, national accounts, and competitive break‑in opportunities—including side‑by‑side evaluations that drive market share and visibility in USCAN
Strong understanding of the competitive landscape with the ability to educate, influence, and create meaningful competitive content for both clinical and commercial audiences

Preferred

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team in an influential manner
Experience in converting large, enterprise transactions across National Accounts, Academics, and/or Competitive customers to a GEHC install base
