$17/hr - $23/hrAxos Bank is seeking a Closing Assistant responsible for assisting the Closers with day-to-day activities related primarily to Closing Disclosures and Closing Loan Documents. The role involves handling borrower communications, monitoring shared inboxes, and assisting with the issuance of Closing Disclosures.

Responsibilities
Handle all third party and borrower questions/communications. Return calls and emails in a timely manner (typically in response to Closing Disclosure questions) and provide outstanding customer service
Monitor and clear shared inbox, including updating LOS with key dates and uploading borrower acknowledgments
Complete a pre-check of files before a Closer is assigned to a file to issue Initial Closing Disclosures
Assist with issuing Initial Closing Disclosures, Closing Doc redraws, and Final Closing Disclosures, as needed
Follow up on audit items with processors
Other duties as assigned to include cross training on closing and funding
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma
Must have in-depth knowledge of RESPA and TRID guidelines
