Communicate proactively with clients via phone and email, ensuring transparency and empathy
Process client service requests promptly and follow up to ensure completion
Research and resolve client issues accurately and promptly
Document all case interactions and apply firm verification policies
Stay updated on SEC/Client, Compliance, and Firm guidelines
Qualification
Required

Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up
Ability to handle a high volume of requests efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and basic knowledge of E•TRADE systems
Self-motivated team player in a high activity environment
Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65)
