Marketing Operations Manager
Community Health Center is a global leader addressing challenges faced by organizations caring for diverse populations. The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing the department's technology stack and workflows to enhance digital communications across the health system.

Responsibilities
Own calendar and project tracking tools for full view of department activity; Provide regular updates to team on moving projects and anticipated work
Work collaboratively with Web and Social Managers to leverage content and optimize audience
Become Subscriber subject-matter expert (Ex: MailChimp and/or Constant Contact); Leverage capabilities to support audience growth and depth across health system
Streamline digital performance reporting across platforms [social, web, email]; Manage MWHS digital governance and develop system-wide trainings as necessary
Strong project management and organizational skills with public relations, marketing, sales, and/or technical analytics
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5 to 7 years' experience in communications and/or digital media
Familiarity with project management tools (Ex: Jira, Quickbase, Basecamp)
Experience in HTML/CSS and code editors (Ex: WordPress)
Experience in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational, time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, with integrity and committed to best practices in data and privacy
Ability to work nights and weekend if needed
Current Driver's license
Preferred
Experience working Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Wordpress, MailChimp, Monday.com, and related platforms are a plus
Experience in health care, health equity, policy or related nonprofit work
