Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the store, providing knowledgeable guidance on lumber and building materials

Process sales transactions accurately using BisTrack

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, offering product recommendations and solutions

Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries with the team

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking displays as needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service between indoor and outdoor operations
