Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Defining and owning the marketing technology roadmap, spanning ad targeting, lifecycle marketing, SEO/AEO, social, experimentation, optimization, measurement, and attribution
Designing data pipeline requirements between Hiive’s proprietary platform (via tools such as PostHog and Omni), Salesforce, and other customer data repositories to power segmentation, targeting, analytics, and reporting
Developing executive-level dashboards that measure marketing performance across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, transactions, new customer activation, churn, and lifetime value
Optimizing outbound efficiency by building behavioral and demographic scoring systems that prioritize sales follow-up and improve conversion across Marketing and Revenue teams
Building complex attribution models leveraging cohort analysis, media mix modeling and offline behaviors
Working cross-functionally with Product, Revenue Operations, Data Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and shared definitions of success
Establishing best practices for marketing data governance, experimentation, and performance measurement as the business scales
Acting as a strategic advisor to marketing and GTM leadership, translating data and system capabilities into actionable insights and operating leverage

Required

7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, growth operations, or a closely related function within a scaled environment
Deep, hands-on experience working with Salesforce and integrating it with marketing, product, and analytics systems
Proven ability to design and operate marketing data infrastructure, including pipelines, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks
Experience developing experimentation frameworks, attribution modeling and lead scoring capabilities from scratch
Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to connect technical implementation to business outcomes
Comfort operating cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
A builder's mentality: you take ownership, move fast, and bring structure to complex, evolving problems

Preferred

Experience with PostHog, Omni, or similar analytical and data orchestration tools
Background in fintech, marketplaces, B2B SaaS, or data-intensive consumer platforms
Experience scaling marketing operations from a strong foundation into a multi-person function
Exposure to modern customer data platforms (CDPs), event-based analytics, and behavioral segmentation
Passion for experimentation with new artificial intelligence and machine learning based solutions
