Responsibilities
Team up with customers at job sites to identify malfunctioning systems and craft effective, long-term solutions
Lead and manage projects from conception to completion
Collaborate with Senior Technicians to enhance project outcomes and guide newer team members
Detail your daily endeavors through comprehensive reporting
Participate actively in the Growth Program to elevate your skills
Be part of an on-call rotation to ensure customer satisfaction, including nights and weekends
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years in-field boiler industry experience alongside a High School diploma
Expertise in Boiler room equipment controls, combustion and testing equipment, and familiarity with complex control systems
Strong electrical skills including wiring/installation knowledge and a grasp on PLC Programming
Willingness to extend work hours, including overtime and weekend commitments as necessary
A valid Driver's license is essential
Superior customer service abilities and adept communication skills
Competent in multitasking and prioritizing tasks without compromising precision
Preferred
5 years of specialized experience with boiler controls
