The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing customer service, inventory control, and warehouse operations while managing and training staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Hire and manage, coach, mentor, train, and support all direct reports
Coordinate sales team to collaborate with Product Managers for technical support and specialty projects where needed
Manage margins and costs to achieve net profitability goals
Develop and implement programs to meet customer requirements
Assist in managing supplier relationships
Train staff to provide customer support with technical product information
Collaborate with all appropriate departments and personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct Annual performance reviews, maintain appropriate personnel records
Address and resolve personnel issues

Required

Must be over the age of 21, as driving is required with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, in accordance with company guidelines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required
Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Solid computer skills including use of MS Office
Experience with P21 a plus

Preferred

Experience with industrial distribution, preferably fluid power components
