Responsibilities
Provide our clients with the best customer experience in the industry
Will be the primary contact for all customer account management matters, including content selection & service delivery
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize revenue and margin
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, objectives and SLA's
Maintain account management plans and develop a solution orientated approach to drive account growth
Develop and coach new members of the team
Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a strong industry network to leverage sales opportunities
Source, analyze and share competitor intelligence, market data and industry trends for their airlines
Exemplify the company core values and behaviours
Deliver continuous improvement efficiencies
Coach and develop a diverse and inclusive team
Provide general leadership support across your location and the wider teams
Ensure regular, relevant and effective communication with key stakeholders, across the function and throughout the department
Qualification
Required
Management of accounts with revenue of $1m plus
Managing teams (directly or indirectly), within a matrix organization
Commercial & financial acumen
Commercial negotiation and / or legal contracting experience
