Responsibilities
Lead end to end recruiting efforts for salaried and leadership roles across multiple business functions
Partner closely with hiring leaders and human resources colleagues to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies
Design and sustain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, relationship building, and market engagement
Embed inclusive hiring practices into every stage of the recruitment lifecycle, from outreach through offer
Deliver timely, high quality hiring outcomes while continuously refining processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Use talent market insights and recruiting data to advise stakeholders and influence workforce decisions
Represent the organization and its brands with professionalism, authenticity, and a service oriented mindset
Strengthen the organization’s ability to attract and retain exceptional and diverse talent
Act as a strategic consultant who connects business goals with evolving talent trends
Create a thoughtful and engaging experience for every candidate, regardless of outcome
Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Five or more years of progressive recruiting experience supporting a range of professional and leadership positions
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and respond quickly to shifting business needs
Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
A deep commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
A data informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into practical recruiting solutions
High personal integrity, a strong sense of ownership, and follow through on commitments
