Business Development Representative – Team Lead
RevSpring Inc is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative – Team Lead to bridge the sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities
Guide and mentor a remote team of BDRs to support both individual and team success, concurrently managing your own book of business
Lead your team in creating, nurturing, and qualifying leads through cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls to prospective customers
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and refine outbound messaging and campaigns; use performance data to make informed adjustments
Execute targeted, personalized outreach to key decision-makers, including C-level prospects, using a mix of telephone, e-mail, and LinkedIn
Conduct in-depth research and profile key accounts to collect data, inform account-based messaging strategies, and enhance prospecting efforts
Use strong verbal communication skills and solid business acumen to engage contacts with strategic value propositions and create a vision that brings prospects and our solutions together
Develop and spearhead lead-generation campaigns in partnership with Sales and Marketing to drive awareness and interest
Qualify leads, overcome technical and business objections, and move decision-makers to qualified opportunities, including scheduling demos for our sales reps
Develop effective outbound messaging and use a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and make adjustments to improve results
Proactively collaborate and build strong relationships with Sales and Marketing teams to refine processes, discuss new opportunities, and ensure effective coordination
Maintain detail-oriented and succinct documentation of all activities within our CRM environment (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales development software
Achieve and maintain daily activity targets and report weekly and quarterly on related outcomes
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
Direct experience with cold calling, qualifying leads, and setting appointments
Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot are a plus
BA or BS Degree from college/university
3+ years related experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare technology
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources
