Responsibilities
Serve as Administrator for all Human Resources systems including, but not limited to system support, configuration updates, process reviews, and performing regular audits
Maintain HRIS systems data and data integrity within the system(s) through query review and data analysis; follow up to ensure timely research and resolution of any data updates necessary or to address issues that may arise
Responsible for monitoring system imports and exports for internal and external integrations. Troubleshooting errors and escalating when necessary
Systems Analyst for all new integrations and their lifecycle
Perform case management on all inquiries to ensure that all necessary actions are taken throughout their lifecycles: identify inquiries requiring additional action by peer collaborators; return and correct inquiry 'cases' requiring clarification or other missing/incorrect information; research discrepancies, identify root causes and communicate in end users
Develop, maintain and support a variety of custom reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools; Development custom reports and dashboards for ongoing organizational needs - summarize and translate report data into organized and useable/actionable content; support legal compliance reporting and requirements, including, but not limited to EEO, AAP, and OFCCP Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation
Ensure system accuracy through regular audits, recognizing data problems or inconsistencies by understanding HR system data feeds and how they work with other business systems
Assist with testing of HCM system releases, service packs and hot fixes
Perform mass data loads, audit, and report on data
Participates on project teams to implement new and enhanced system functionality and modules
Have an understanding of Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Performance, Compensation, Recruitment and Onboarding processes
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced experience in sophisticated data manipulation and analysis techniques
Must be able to work in a team environment
Strong understanding of system processing and data with strong analytical and technical skills
Must have excellent customer service, organizational, time management and multitasking skills
HCM system technical application experience. Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or similar cloud HCM system
Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and planning skills
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization
Strong customer focus to partner with internal HR and business clients in order to resolve issues and anticipate business needs
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
2+ years' HRIS administration and configuration experience required preferably Ceridian Dayforce
2+ years' advanced Excel experience - working with large datasets performing functions, creating formulas, vlookups and pivot tables
2+ years' developing and delivering custom reporting and analytics in an HCM system
2+ years' systems analysis experience with HR related systems
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job
Preferred
Experience with XML and SQL is a plus
