Responsibilities
Supporting the development and implementation of training curriculum and resources that are provided to statewide people receiving services and their families, stakeholders and DDA staff
Supporting the coordination of interpretation and translation Services, reasonable accommodation and visual communication services
Working collaboratively with the team in planning and facilitating regional DDA events
Management of procurement activities necessary to support the DDA Regional Office and associated activities
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
Two years of professional experience in assisting in the coordination of a health-related program(s) or referring people to governmental and private resources
Preferred
Experience with contract management and project management
Customer Service background
Proficient in Google suites, Microsoft teams, zoom and related programs
Experience with taking direction and being a critical thinker
