Administrative Assistant for Marketing

The Oregon Clinic is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering world-class care. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Marketing & Communications team to provide exceptional administrative support, maintain schedules, and assist with various marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain schedules and calendars; organize meetings, events, and departmental activities, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and developing PowerPoint presentations
Perform technical and administrative tasks such as tracking data, disseminating emails and reports, updating the intranet and website, online review management, and building online surveys
Support print production and overseeing distribution of materials and across our clinics
Provide general clerical and project-based support, including expense tracking
Serve as backup support to other positions as needed
Other duties as assigned

Required

Excellent Microsoft Office skills – especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong ability to quickly learn, adopt, and integrate new systems and technologies
Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in all work
Strong interest in Marketing & Communications and supporting creative, strategic initiatives
Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask
Positive attitude and desire to be a team player
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with peers, physicians, and other team members
A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety

Preferred

Minimum of four (4) years of work experience, preferably in Marketing or Communications office, is strongly preferred
Completion of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or in a relevant field is preferred. Relevant professional work experience may be substituted
