Responsibilities

Complete interior installations of upholstery items, furniture, and accessories using aircraft orders, engineering specifications, and manufacturing planning requirements
Address interior repair issues to meet delivery schedules
Bond and assemble composite parts for upholstery using assembly jigs, rivets, fasteners, screws, and liquid adhesive
Use a variety of hand and power tools, along with basic measuring instruments
Maintain cleanliness and protect aircraft interiors with covers on windows, seats, and floors during and after installation

Required

A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required
Combination of 3 months experience in upholstery, installation of aircraft interiors, or related experience
Ability to work in working conditions with occasional exposure to fumes, heat, and cold

$3,000 annual lump sum payment eligibility per contract
Annual cost of living adjustment up to $1,500 per contract
Automatic increases of $0.30/hr every 3 months up to top of grade per contract
