Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to gather, analyze, and prioritize system requirements
Document functional specifications, process flows, and user stories that guide development and testing
Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements
Conduct gap analyses and propose process improvements to enhance system efficiency and data accuracy
Support UAT planning, test case creation, and validation of system functionality before release
Maintain detailed documentation including requirement traceability, version control, and change management
Develop guided training materials, walkthroughs, and knowledge base content to help users navigate new system functionality
Collaborate with Product and Training teams to ensure new features are well-documented and easily adoptable
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Contribute to roadmap discussions and feature prioritization based on business value and technical feasibility
Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Product and Order Management teams
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software, order management, or ERP-related projects
Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and SAP integration (SD/MM preferred)
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
Demonstrated ability to create effective training and user enablement materials
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-through
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for improving business processes through technology and user empowerment
