Responsibilities

Lead design and development from concept to launch, shaping the future of industrial automation

Take ownership of full-cycle projects: scope, timeline, and deliverables

Design, build, and test innovative mechanical and electromechanical systems using advanced tools (SolidWorks preferred)

Engineer and evaluate system performance through experiments and data-driven testing

Build, qualify, and continually refine custom test equipment

Collaborate across functions including R&D, manufacturing and business development, drive brainstorming and design reviews

Communicate progress, risks, and results across multidisciplinary teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

5 years hands-on engineering experience

Proven expertise in 3D modeling (SolidWorks, Pro-E, Inventor, etc.)

Exceptional mechanical design and prototyping skills

A builder's mindset: eager to test, learn, and improve—quickly
