Commercial Sales Manager, Direct – Centr x HYROX

Responsibilities
Build and execute a market roadmap to drive sales of the Centr x HYROX competition line of equipment across gym chains and independent operators
Identify and prioritize opportunities across commercial segments including HVLP, Mid-Market Clubs, Premium Clubs, Non-Profits, Independent gyms, studios & boutiques
Identify target accounts, define timeline plans, while consistently hitting quarterly and annual sales targets
Develop and maintain actionable business plans by account, focused on expanding relationships into a holistic Centr solution (including commercial weight, cardio, and strength products, plus digital solutions where applicable)
Use Salesforce as the system of record to:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities
Develop target lists, profile customers, plan key activities, and track progress through the funnel
Report accurately on pipeline health, forecast, and performance
Prospect, pitch, and close new business with large club chains as well as high-value regional and independent operators
Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, continuously seeking new opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and program expansion
Prepare and present compelling sales materials, including proposals, pricing, deal structures, delivery timelines, and service solutions
Represent Centr at industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings as needed
Work closely with Centr’s cross-functional teams – including Marketing, Digital, Product Development, Operations, and Customer Service – to bring the commercial strategy to life and ensure excellent execution
Partner with the HYROX team to develop, refine, and present account-specific training and programming for HYROX Training Centers
Provide structured feedback from the field to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and channel strategy
Maintain strong focus on achieving and exceeding quarterly and fiscal year revenue and margin goals for the commercial channel
Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates using Salesforce and internal reporting tools
Review monthly sales, margin, and inventory data (where available) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to expand existing partnerships and drive larger, multi-site deals
Work within defined pricing, discounting, and deal-structure guidelines to balance growth and profitability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales and key account management experience, with a demonstrable track record of success in B2B environments
Proven experience selling fitness equipment or solutions into large club chains and multi-site operators in the fitness commercial gym, or related industry
Hands-on experience building and managing a pipeline in Salesforce (or a similar enterprise CRM), including opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen, including experience with pricing strategies, margin management, and multi-year agreements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field – or equivalent work experience
Ability to travel 50% of the time as needed within the U.S. to meet customers and attend events
