MetaSense Inc is seeking an Informatics Pharmacist to join Salina Regional Health Center, where you'll help shape the future of pharmacy operations and enhance medication safety. This role involves optimizing pharmacy informatics systems and providing patient-centered pharmaceutical care in accordance with hospital standards.

Responsibilities

Optimize and support pharmacy informatics systems, technologies, and workflows across Salina Regional and affiliated locations
Enhance medication safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance through smart system use and continuous improvement
Support and help manage drug diversion monitoring programs and tools
Contribute to the integrity of the medication-use process and supply chain
Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including dispensing and drug information, in accordance with hospital standards and pharmacy law

Qualification

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)Kansas Pharmacist licenseBoard Certification in Pharmacy InformaticsHospital pharmacy experiencePharmacy automation experienceEHRsRegulatory requirements knowledge

Required

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program [REQUIRED]
Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience [REQUIRED]
Current Kansas Pharmacist license or eligible for licensure [HIGHLY PREFFERED]

Preferred

ASHP-accredited residency preferred [PREFERRED]
Board Certification in Pharmacy Informatics (BCPIS) or related certification preferred [PREFERRED]
Experience in pharmacy automation, informatics, or IT applications preferred
Knowledge of EHRs, medication-use systems, and regulatory requirements for controlled substances a plus
