Managing day-to-day eCommerce operations across platforms like Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Optimizing site performance, product listings, and order fulfillment workflows
Coordinating with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
Monitoring KPIs including conversion rate, cart abandonment, and fulfillment SLAs
Managing integrations with payment, shipping, and inventory systems
