Responsibilities
Work closely with colleagues to meet business objectives and priorities defined by the specific line of business
Gain a greater understanding of a corporate legal department’s litigation, compliance, corporate and regulatory functions
Complete legal research and writing projects; assist with subpoena responses and other legal requests; assist with contract review; participate in regulatory compliance meetings and complete other tasks as assigned
Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
Accept designated, business-focused projects to complete
Engage with customers or clients and provides excellent service
Learn and becomes proficient on internal software systems
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in first year of law school, starting second year in the fall of 2026
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
Strong analytical, decision-making, project management, organizational, and writing skills
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset
Leadership skills with a passion for results
