They are seeking a Service Technology Consultant (Labor) to lead projects related to Caterpillar Recommended Labor, expand labor coverage, and develop Labor Study tools while coordinating with Product Groups on new products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Caterpillar Recommended Labor and Rebuild labor data in collaboration with Service Events & Insights

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in labor hour analytics

Lead projects defining rebuild programs and associated labor requirements

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, peers, and dealer personnel

Evaluate processes and implement lean improvements

Drive process enhancements for labor development tools, including automation of labor time study data

Coordinate with Product Groups to ensure accurate labor time study forecasts

Serve as an internal and external labor subject matter expert

Continuously expand knowledge of Caterpillar’s product line
