Responsibilities
Write production code daily — this is a builder role, not a 'manage Jira' role
Build across the stack in TypeScript: frontend, backend, APIs, data models, integrations
Own deployment and reliability on GCP (CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, performance, cost)
Make pragmatic architecture decisions that keep us fast now and sane later
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years building and shipping ML-driven or data-intensive products at a top-tier tech company or high-growth startup (e.g., Stripe, Google, Meta, DoorDash)
Technical to the core — comfortable with TypeScript, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and getting LLMs into production
High-agency generalist who moves fluidly across frontend, backend, and ops
Entrepreneurial bias — founder, early-stage operator, greenfield product lead, or serious side-project builder
Strong technical foundation — STEM degree from a top institution or equivalent real-world experience
Relentlessly resourceful, low-ego, and self-directed
Preferred
Experience using AI-assisted coding tools and agents — with good judgment about what actually accelerates shipping
Genuine interest in healthcare and AI — empathy and product taste matter here
