Responsibilities

The UX PM will support project planning and deliverable management across multiple projects, supporting the delivery
Works with UX team members to create project timelines and monitors progress of UX deliverables
Manages and tracks project timelines and staffing for one or several verticals
Partner with Portfolio Managers and UX lead to maintain UX roadmap
Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, business stakeholders and IT delivery PMs
Create Project Kick-off materials and facilitate kick-off meetings
Develop and drive high-level project milestones and detailed project plan
Managed multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional groups, from planning, coordination, risk mitigation, and drove those projects through to deployment
Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment

Required

MUST have UX design/research centric Project Management experience (this is not an IT position)
5-7 years' experience for Mid-Level
7-10 years' experience for Senior-Level
Support project planning and deliverable management across multiple projects
Work with UX team members to create project timelines and monitor progress of UX deliverables
Manage and track project timelines and staffing for one or several verticals
Partner with Portfolio Managers and UX lead to maintain UX roadmap
